In the event that you contact us directly, we collect the data related to your registration or inquiry and we reserve the right to keep a record of your activity on our website. Indirect data includes information that is sent from your computer, i.e. your IP address as well as residual data contained in your browser and/or operating system.

2.1 EMAIL TARGETING 

In compliance with the regulations in force, we send advertising emails to our contacts at our customers or other organizations with which we want to develop or maintain a business relationship. Our targeting emails typically include web beacons, cookies and similar technologies that allow us to track whether emails are read or deleted and whether links are clicked. When you click on a link in an advertising e-mail you receive from SNA, we use a cookie to record which pages of our websites you visit and what content you download. 2.2 CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (“CRM”) DATABASES 

SNA uses a Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) database to manage and track its marketing efforts. Our Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) databases include personal data about members or employees of our customers or other partners with whom we have a business relationship or with whom we wish to develop a business relationship. The personal data used for these purposes includes business information necessary to develop a business relationship such as: contact data (e.g., first and last names, business contact information), publicly available information (e.g., board of directors, published articles, press releases, public messages published for business purposes, social media messages, and responses to targeted emails. 

3. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES 

We do not sell trade or transfer your personally identifiable information (IP address, form information) to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in developing our website or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

We currently use three types of cookies:     

  • Location cookies, or functionality cookies, which assign a unique identifier to each user registered on our site that corresponds to their location and language used. These cookies have a lifetime of 30 days. 
  • Technical Web Platform cookies of the cookie-aggregate type, which are used throughout the web page to optimize the user’s navigation. They do not collect any personal information and have a lifetime of 90 days. 
  • Session cookies, with a lifetime of 23 days, which are used to track the user’s actions during navigation.
